Turnaround Time: Please allow 10-14 calendar days after receipt of order before your order is shipped.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added to all Texas and Indiana orders. If you are a tax-exempt Texas or Indiana customer, please fax a Tax Exemption Certificate to 1-866-556-1164. If you are a reseller, please fax a Resale Certificate to us.
Shipment Methods: All dry erase boards ship via truck. Smaller items such as supplies will ship via UPS ground.
Product Delivery: Dry erase boards are usually palletized. The customer must have a receiving area with loading dock and/or forklift, and will be responsible for transporting the product from the truck to the final destination. If no receiving area is available, please notify us so we can assist in making arrangements. The truck driver will not be responsible for unloading or delivering product inside a facility.
Please inspect the shipment before it has been unloaded from the truck. If there are signs of damage, the shipment should be refused. Contact us immediately at (800) 795-5258 to report a damaged shipment.
Purchase Orders: We do accept purchase orders from public schools and many government agencies. Orders may be faxed to our toll-free fax number (866) 556-1164.
Returns: We have a "satisfaction guaranteed" policy. Returns must be made within 30 days of date of purchase, must have a return authorization number (Call (800) 869-2827.), and are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
